Frenchies in Minnesota
French Bulldogs are super fun dogs to have. They are playful with clown-type personalities. They tend to keep you laughing throughout the day. Frenchies do have a mischievous side to them during their spurts of energy which are quickly followed by long naps. French Bulldogs tend to easily adapt to new surroundings and people. Most of them are happy-go-lucky without a care in the world. They are just happy to have the companionship of their person/family. French Bulldogs are smart but can be known to be stubborn; after all they are a bully breed. They are surprisingly sensitive, they remember what they learn, and they respond well to early, patient, persistent training that utilizes food motivation. They generally live between 10-12 years. They aren’t known to be big barkers unless it is to alert you to something new happening. Snorting, snuffling, and flatulence (gassiness) go with the territory of short-faced breeds.
